1/2 pound of prosciutto, sliced
8 ounces of Neufchatel cheese, softened
12 spears of fresh asparagus
ZAS! Hatch Chile Super-Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 450 F
2. Spread prosciutto slices with Neufchatel cheese, the sprinkle with ZAS! Hatch Super-Seasoning. Wrap slices around 2 or 3 asparagus spears.
3. Arrange wrapped spears in a single layer on a medium baking sheet.
4. If desired, sprinkle on top more ZAS! Hatch Super-Seasoning.
5. Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until asparagus is tender.
