Sweet and Tangy Tamarind Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. cabbage coleslaw, shredded
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp white distilled vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp ZAS® Tamarind Super Seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and ZAS® Tamarind Super Seasoning together in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add the cabbage coleslaw to a large bowl.Blend in the dressing from Step 1.
  3. Toss raisins and walnuts into the coleslaw until distributed evenly.
  4. Chill 30 minutes, then serve.
